Do you know how slow you were going back there?

It occured to me last night that that Las Vegas is a city where everyone obeys the speed limit. Providing of course that those signs are telling us the minimum speed required. Don't forget that a red light doesn't actually take effect for ten seconds. Lanes are for decoration purposes only, esppecially turn lanes. And don't forget that the shoulders of the highway are acceptable lanes, if your an important enough person. And speaking of taxi cabs, it is really important to remember that they are a higher class of citizen and we should always yield to them, as well as people from California.
It is because of these simple rules that we all obey here, that you almost never see someone pulled over. It's just how we as a society thrive.
